❤️Monday Mantra ❤️ "I am a work in progress."  Let's take a deep breath together. *exhale* You are not going to have everything figured out, done the right way the first time, or cruise through this life bump free. Yoga has taught me that the process of work has way more benefit than the end result or "goal." When we think we've competed all the steps to arrive at a peek pose, we discover there's more to go.
